It is informational content, not professional advice. Nothing here is safety, legal, or medical advice, and it isn’t a substitute for a manufacturer’s instructions, a professional fitting, or your own judgment. Always follow the manufacturer’s guidance for any helmet or gear you buy, and ride within the law and your ability.
